Seta Davison joined Direct HR Consulting, LLC in 2017 as Co-Owner. She is an accomplished Human Resources Professional with over 20 years of experience with providing businesses a myriad of Human Capital Management services. Seta’s expertise is in Workplace Law & Compliance, Wage & Hour Compliance, Harassment/Discrimination Investigations, Manager Training & Coaching, Labor Laws (Title VII, ADA and FMLA), Employee Relations, and Organizational & Employee Development.
Seta’s extensive and hands-on experience includes working with several different industries that include Non-Profit Organizations, Medical & Law Offices, Convenience Stores, Hospitality, Mortgage and Gaming. She coaches, trains, manages and empowers a vast variety of clients in HR and Wage & Hour compliance.
Seta understands the Operations side as well as the Human Capital side of running or managing a business due to her extensive background in Human Capital Management and High Level Accounting.
She builds relationships on site with her clients, their managers and their employees. She helps clients improve communications with their employees, develops personnel policies and job descriptions, employee retention programs, facilitate and administer training initiatives and develop HR strategies in line with the client’s company culture while maintaining appropriate HR state and federal compliance practices. By planning and conducting management training programs (i.e. harassment and discrimination training, discipline and documentation training, etc.), she helps her clients stay on top of their HR A-Game. Seta is fluent in Armenian.
Seta has a degree in Psychology from Pierce Community College, in Woodland Hills, California. She continued her studies in Psychology at the California State University of Northridge. Before she began her professional experience in Human Capital Management, Seta was working extensively in High Level Accounting for an International Private Country Club and Dining corporation as well as a large Convenience Store company.
Seta cultivates her knowledge of the HR realm by continuing her Human Resources education. She regularly attends various classes and training programs pertaining to the following topics:

Seta enjoys spending with her family, watching her favorite hockey team, Vegas Golden Knights play and catching up on her favorite shows on Netflix. She is married and has twin boys, who also keep her very busy. She also enjoys giving back to her community through volunteering. She spends time with her rejected candidates from her clients and assists them with revamping their résumés and coaching them on interviewing skills to help them attain jobs in their field.
