Products and Services
- In Home Personal Chef Services –Daily / weekly meal prep for 2-10 clients. Nutritionally balanced meals for families ranging in ages from 5-60. These are individually cooked and packed for heating and eating throughout the week.
- In Home Dinning – Special occasion meals for 2-6 guests at the client’s imagination for many types of regional cuisine from around the world.
- Catering – Corporate events, special occasions, charity fundraisers, these events feature groups of 50-2000. Foods are prepared to enhance the theme of the day and can include hors d’oeuvres, chef attended stations, buffets and plated meals to showcase foods from around the world. Beverage bars range from today’s most popular spirts, wines and crafted beers to children’s mock tails, coffee and coco to health and wellness juice and smoothie bars. Catering is all-inclusive and includes entertainment, lighting, décor, event locations, event design and set up.
- Bereavement Services – Experiencing the loss of a loved one is a stressful time. We will work and plan your memorial services insuring your family and friends are comfortable and allow the client to celebrate the life of their loved one. These events could be an intimate family of 4 to a large gathering of 200.
- Corporate Services – These events range in guests of 20-1000 and include team building through cooking, craft services, office parties, meet and greets, grand openings, company picnics and quarterly luncheons. We also include weekly meal prep providing pre-packaged meals for onsite staff while doing away with the vending machine all together.
- Hospitality Management / Corporate Consulting – Exclusive Chefs understands whether you are needing to establish a new operation or refine an existing one utilizing expert talent is the key to their success. Restaurants, hotels, private clubs and lounges, we have the team members who produce at the top of their field to assist in all endeavors of your establishment.
- 2011 – Opened Exclusive Chefs with 1 client.
- 2015 – Became an LLC serving events 300-500 guests. Joined the Henderson Chamber of Commerce
- 2016 – Opened Smok’n Chefs our sister company designed to run large city celebrations, festivals and catered functions up 75,000 guests. Clients included Pet-A-Palooza, Jamboree, San Genaro, BITE, Thunderbirds Air show and Ribfest.
- 2017 – Nominated and awarded The Review Journals “Best of Las Vegas” Silver Award as Best Caterers.
